**SHIPPING**

-Standard Shipping is USPS Priority Mail & Parcel Post depending on size and destination. Items generally take 2-3 days transit time to most US addresses.

-Express Shipping option is available. This is USPS Express Mail service and is overnight to most US addresses. We make every attempt to ship thes orders on the same day they are received, however it may be be possible to ship until the following business day, so please factor this extra day into the transit time.

-Shipping charges include handling fees and insurance.

-All items are mint in original package.

-Items will be packed exceptionally well, in sturdy boxes, with sufficient packing in order to minimize the risk of damage in shipping.

- All orders are guaranteed to arrive (we will replace the order or refund your money if the package does not arrive) and will be shipped with tracking numbers.

**PRE-ORDERS** - A pre-order is an advance order placed prior to the release of the product. Placing a pre-order reserves the item at a special discount price.

-When using our Yahoo store checkout procedure with a credit card you pre-order items placed in your shopping cart alone or with other pre-order items will not be charged until the first pre-order item begins to arrive in stock. If multiple items are together in one shopping cart, the entire cart will be charged at the time of the first pre-order item begins to arrive in stock. Carts containing a mixture of pre-order items and in-stock items will be charged in full at time of checkout. Items will ship as they become in stock and not necessarily when all items are in stock. If you have a combined order, you may receive several shipments until your order is filled in completion. You will only be charged for the shipping amount as shown in checkout and not for the multiple shipments. Customers who wish to only be charged for each item as it ships should use multiple carts to separate "in-stock" and "pre-order" items as well as any "pre-order" items that are scheduled to ship during different months.

-When using our Paypal checkout procedure, your entire order will be charged at checkout reguardless of whether the order contains preorders, backorders, or in-stock items. The Paypal payment system is an instantaneous system and cannot be processed at a later time as is done with our Yahoo store preorder checkout procedure. Customers wishing to place preorders and be charged later when the item come in stock should not use the Paypal Checkout procedure and should instead select the standard Checkout procedure. See above.


**BACKORDERS** are items that have previously been in stock, but are temporary not currently in stock. Backordered items are expected to be restocked and are handled in the checkout cart the same way as PRE-ORDERS.

**RETURN POLICY**

-If your merchandise is received in less-than-acceptable condition, or if it is not what you expected, we will gladly accept returned merchandise within 30 days (of the date items are received) and give a full merchandise refund.

-Merchandise must be returned unopened still sealed in original packaing and in the same condition in which it was received. Gift certificates and BCC memberships are not refundable. Items paid with gift certificates will be refunded with store credit. Items received as free gifts with memberships and gift certificates are returnable under the same return policy as other items for replacement only, the gift certicate itself is not refundable. In some cases Gift Certificates are offered in the store as promomotion items to qualify for FREE items when purchased. Those free items are not refundable. A gift certificate cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate in order to double qualify for the free gift item associated with the gift certificate purchase.

-YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST BY EMAIL TO RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Merchandise returned without a return authorization will be refunded, at our discretion, minus a 20% restocking fee. Mechandise returned that has been used or removed from packaging may not qualify for a full refund. Be sure to accurately describe the packing condition when requesting the return authorization.

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE THE U.S.)

-Orders sent outside USA are shipped via USPS Mail (Priority Mail or EMS depending on country, box size & weight).

-In rare instances, some items shipping to non-continental addresses (HI, AK, PR, APO) and to international addresses may require additional shipping charges due to their size and/or weight. You will be notified by email if additional shipping charges are applicable and we will request your authorization to charge the additional amount.

-Please note that many countries may charge import duties on merchandise purchased outside one's home country. Non-U.S. customers should be aware of possible duties when making the decision to purchase outside their country.
